What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are subject to a 20% charge. Weather cancellations are always free—safety comes first.
Is there an age requirement?
Passengers 14 and older can fly as the single passenger. Children 7 and up are welcome when flying with an adult.
Can I bring a camera?
Absolutely—cameras are very welcome. Philadelphia from the air is a photographer's dream.
Where do we meet, and is there parking?
We fly from Northeast Philadelphia Airport (KPNE), 9800 Ashton Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19114. Free on-site parking is available. We'll confirm the exact meeting point when your flight is scheduled.
How many people can fly together?
Up to 5 guests in our 6-seat Piper Saratoga. Exact capacity depends on the aircraft and weight-and-balance limits, so tell us your party size when you book.
Can I fly the airplane myself?
Yes—that's what a Discovery Flight is. You take the controls with a certified flight instructor beside you. Discovery flights start from 60 minutes.
Is there anything I need to bring?
Please bring a valid photo ID. On the day, your pilot will give a short safety briefing—passengers are asked to follow crew instructions throughout the flight.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Weather cancellations are always free—safety comes first. If conditions aren't suitable, we'll contact you to reschedule at no charge.
